Managing upgrades of Phase 2 and Phase 3 clean water supply to extend the site capacity. Design of chemical systems, filtration systems, instrumentation, HV system and onsite management of mechanical and electrical subcontractors to the point of handover.

Design and management of upgrade to clean water supply to double the capacity. Installation of large bore pipework, upgrade to sludge and cake capacity to facilitate the design and installation of CeraMac filtration process.

Phase 3 upgrades to ASP3 processes including the large TST and FST at Davyhulme Waste Water Treatment Works. Design and physical offsite modelling. Coordination of onsite contractors for efficient installation. Additional work included the upgrade of sludge cake capacity.

Managing and designing a portion of the phased upgrade to Ringsend Waste Water Treatment Plant, contributing to the overall objective of increasing population equivalent from 1.64 million  to a projected 2.4 million PE.  Involved in the installation of Nereda process. The largest waste water treatment plant  in Ireland; 40% of all Irish wastewater is treated in this facility.
